Zero info on how to actually wire the hardwired smoke detector. Boo. thumbs down.
i install on wall, up high, don’t want any thing fall to our head, keep my children safe, and easy testing monthly. i won’t be fail from ladder for testing.
Do you need to turn off the electricity?
Just don’t get ADT to install them. They only know how to use wood screws in drywall. Screwing the detector onto the housing after changing the batteries is like trying to solve a Rubik’s cube.
