Breaker is on but electrical outlets lights are not working.
This is not a 100% solution for your issue but I’ve had many service request as a Residential Electrician where solution was just what I tried to explain in this video!
Can you tell me what 100 volts would mean? All the other outlets on the chain are 120. There is just one outlet in the middle that’s giving me problems. It fluctuates between 97 to 100.
This is a terrible video. Why not use hot wires to use as examples
